After reading this sad story on an adoption agency that pretty much stole this child I looked up the parents who adopted this child. (Melissa and Andy Moore from Boise, Idaho)

I did some digging on the domain and found that it's hosted on rackspace, sharing an ip with 673 other domains: http://www.ipneighbour.com/#/lookup/PersonalShopper.com
