Podesta's condo named Huys Condominiums in New York is managed by Jeff Klarfeld with Halstead Management Company.  It says on the site that he also manages the Covenant House.  Covenant House is a homeless shelter for children.

 It seems to me, if you are going to abduct children, homeless children would be the least likely to be reported missing.  

 Another side bar that might be completely unrelated but quite strange.  I stumbled on this.  YouTube video of Nancy Lanza's mail.  One piece is a hand written card from the Covenant House.

Covie is for 16-25, not kids, and having stayed in the Vancouver, BC location, it's very very very unlikely a kid would go missing out of there. It's a residential shelter where you have to check in with youth workers twice a day, report for all meals unless you are working, in school, or at a confirmed appointment. It's also very hard to get kicked out.
