Apologies if this has been brought up before. I just now stumbled upon this information. All of the explanations I have seen in regard to the 14 and fish on his hands in this picture pointed to the occult (such as in this video, among other places). I thought it was plausible at the time. Today though, I did some looking of my own, and this is what I found:
This is the email which that image was attached to. The last line reads "My favorite of the #GlobalGoals? No. 14— we must protect our oceans and life below water #SDGs".
After Googling, I found this page on globalgoals.org and this page.
So, the 14 represents Global Goals's #14 goal, "life below water". And notice how similarly styled the fish is on both that website and Podesta's hand.
Mystery solved, in my opinion.
I'm not trying to debunk pizzagate in its entirety. I think there are many strange things that deserve being answered and looked into. I'm just trying to do my part in uncovering the truth, regardless of which side it comes down on. The explanation I've provided seems much more plausible to me than the previous popular explanation.

And yet he used the photo 3 times? Duality is hidden in plain sight. He apparently has Dupreynes syndrome which is curious as it is most associated with certain Anglo Saxon genetic groups. Source...knew man with Dupreynes. Researched it and new treatments for him. Knowing the treatments (in UK experimenting with needle ecotomies (splitting the thickened tendon with needles) and that the issue causes fingers to draw DOWN and the hand to eventually curl up..nothing about those photos explains the injuries to his fingers as any Dupreynes treatment literally has nothing to do with the fingers. It begins on the ring finger as the tendon thickens it draws the finger downward. It eventually pulls all fingers downward..Treatment is focused on the tendon that begins at base of ring finger and goes slightly diagonally across the palm into the wrist joint. It used to be associated with the sword hand of Anglo Saxons. Meaning, in olden days they thought it was the result of swinging heavy swords. It is a genetic condition.
