This isn't like addiction. Someone is directly harmed abused and mentally scarred by Pedophilia. No one but the subject is harmed when you drink a beer or smoke a joint. Trying to equate pedophilia to victim-less crime is just gross. EVEN IF THEY HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER IT. Just like a healthy organism must destroy bacteria and viruses that are chemically deterministic, society must have antibodies about victimed crime, even if you hold the belief that we have no free will and everything is a result of neuro-chemistry.
