Well, let him who is without sin cast the first stone. I agree with you that indulging in certain thoughts or fantasies can be self-harmful to a person and cause degeneration in society. I agree with you that we should not promote or normalize pedophilia for those reasons. However, I think it is true that some people do naturally have 'deviant' sexual attractions (whether pedophilia, homosexuality or something else) through no fault of their own, as a result of their biology or childhood experiences. Unless they commit a criminal action we should not persecute these people for their troubles. Instead we should encourage them to resist their thoughts, and we should develop compassionate therapy and treatment for pedophilia. You know that strait is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to life; we must help those that have lost the way.
