This almost sounds like the Onion website. I wouldn't put it pass companies to deny because of a MAGA hat. Some companies are Pro Left or Pro Right. I know, I worked for a company who apposed President Trump. Co workers were not even allow to say President Trump because the owners do not like the president. I no longer work there... Thanks to my lucky stars.
