I pulled a way of cooking Chicken out of my ass and it was dammed good. I don't care all that much for chicken breast because it is dry and not all that flavorful. So what I did was cut the breast into a 3/4 inch fillet, and then roll it into a log with a boned chicken thigh. To keep it in piece i wrapped it in bacon strips secured with tooth picks. I used a little seasoned salt and black pepper on on the bacon wrapped chicken logs and cooked them on the Charcoal Grill.
DAMMED THEY WERE GOOD!!!!

A good tip is to save bacon grease and smear your chicken with it for that extra flavour and to hold in the juice. Don't forget to workout though, cause then you'll be a fat fuck. It's seriously good.
