100 CCP is yet again a requirement to downvote and changes I pushed yesterday are now reverted. I spent about 6 hours yesterday reading your comments on my announcement and I think it's pretty clear that majority of you had concerns with removing restrictions. Back to the drawing board I guess. Please accept my apologies for causing the mess.

How about giving us one point with every comment, instead of zero? That way people are rewarded for participation.

A possibility, although when I've heard it suggested before, it was hypothesized that people would simply spam 100 comments in a private or no-downvote subverse, to quickly get 100 points without actually participating. Just for consideration
