100 CCP is yet again a requirement to downvote and changes I pushed yesterday are now reverted. I spent about 6 hours yesterday reading your comments on my announcement and I think it's pretty clear that majority of you had concerns with removing restrictions. Back to the drawing board I guess. Please accept my apologies for causing the mess.

Instead of listening of opinionated people, did you check the influence on the front page? I mean data-metric have no agenda to push, nor need a sense of personal entitlement. Because the down-vote available to all seems to make the frontpage more variable and diverse.
And you already know the 100CCP limit is a fake rules that any organized group can overcome to gain voting power over individual. So i't really really bad. And the 20 CCP limit, make people less interested into posting or reading link. Pull some real hard data out of your server and check for yourself how much things changed during the few hours of no limit. Did the comments get down in number? If not, the limit serve NO purpose!

Agreed. It's so fun that you'e downvoated by people that are whining about getting downvoated. I noticed the same hypocritical behavior when reddit had the same "brilliant" idea... look at where it lead them.

Their worst argument is : 100CCP limit make people learn to use downvote carefully. BULLSHIT It's exactly the opposite: When you reach 100 CCP you downvote like a madman because that 's a new "power" you just got. When someone get a hammer, everything look like a nail.
