Buckle up. Voat is currently being hit with a malicious attack. This couldn't have possibly happened at a worse time for me personally and I may have to put Voat into lockdown mode or even set it to Read Only. Perhaps we will resurrect the
bit privilege checking goat (you know you miss having your bits privilege checked).

I'm hoping that the code is in a good enough place to handle a majority of the incoming traffic, but expect slow responses.

I will try my best to keep Voat online. Wish me luck.

I'm still waiting for the main attack. Every DDOS we've been hit with before follows a pattern of probing exploits, quiet time, then the full attack. So we will see, but waiting is the hardest part

As of now I feel they've postponed. After taking us down two times the morning of this announcement, I've seen no further activity. A temporary win I suppose.

I'm not exactly proud that I spend so much of my time here.

But the fact is I am here all of the time, everyday.

Voat must be very important to me. Without it I would feel completely isolated from any like minded people of my tribe.

I understand. Reddit great awakening was my life line to like minded people, cant find it in church anymore. Those Christians are dead minded. Before that it was CBTS until they pulled that down aling with great awakening. Joined voat when Q posted link, now their attacking us here. Must be those NPC memes that blew their Gasket. I would like to think it was Wikileaks dropping new info to bring Hillary down but Im more inclined to think its the invasion of the caravan. Its their ops so they need to control the narritive. Trump can easily counter that false narrative simply by going on national tv and announcing that Hillary's sealed indictment has been unseal.

Your links apparently show 4chan posts from last year which are saying Hillary and Podesta would be arrested in November of 2017. Which didn't happen. How is this proof that it will happen this year? The Q post says "within the next few days." But in any event, this is the kind of October Surprise is needed in order to disrupt the Deep States' control of the news narrative via Orwellian tactics.

The post of which you speak, did not include a year. It did Not say 2017. Only 11-3. It did not happen on 11-3-2017. That sets up this year. As of the time of my post, 11-3-2018 is less than two weeks away.

Neither of the links mention that these events will take place in 2018. But I hope you're right. Having Hillary and Podesta arrested days before the mid-terms would be poetic justice.
