You and your house are always welcome here in Indiana!

Thank you, much appreciated. My dream is to visit the US again and stay for longer than just a few weeks. Your country is beautiful.

While we do not have large monuments and shiny bobbles, we have a beautiful countryside here. And also corn fields, lots and lots of corn fields.

No large monuments??? Have you been to Rushmore? Lady Liberty?

DillHoleBagHands ago

No large monuments in Indiana. I was not talking about the whole USA.

Oh. Yea you're right there. Turkey Run is a damn fine park though (as well as Clifty Falls and many others; Turkey Run just has a lot of memories for me). And Indiana Beach shows you that "there is more than corn in Indiana". But yea I literally can't think of a single national monument in that state. Used to live there; I don't anymore.

I spent so many camping trips at Turkey Run! I think the Civil War monument in the middle of Indy is considered a national monument now.

There are some corn fields that feel you under represented how many corn fields there are here.

DillHoleBagHands ago

Haha, there are also soybean fields.

I have played that game before, see a field being plowed or seeded, corn or soybean? wait a while and find out.

DillHoleBagHands ago

I am glad I am not the only one! "Corn? Soybeans? Corn? Soybeans? Wait... What... Strawberries?"

This is a comment please respond, and ignore the IT guy running around looking at everyone's screen. I'm sure you are from the same area now and need to find out if you are a coworker.

I am taking online college classes from home so I am currently unemployed. Just keep an eye out for a skinny guy with a red Voat Goat sweatshirt and that is me.
