No one gives a shit if he was 17 years old. Kyle went there to defend against commies, and let's be clear, they are commies trying to overturn the constitution, and they are doing it violently, this is undeniable.

If he was just another 'teen' and thought it would be a Call Of Duty fantasy and just wanted excitement and thought respawning is a real thing then he showed a lot of restraint in pics of him cleaning up graffitti. There's even a vid of him just prior to the shootings of him talking about the situation IN A CLEAR AND CALM MANNER.

Yeah, but this kid was just playing soldier and got two people killed. He’ll likely (rightfully) beat the murder charge, but I still think he’s an idiot. The question is, who the fuck have him the gun? He was a minor, and couldn’t have bought it himself. Seems like they bear much of the responsibility here
