Actually you are happily overlooking the fact he worked there that day, as a lifeguard. Meaning he belonged there more then any of the animals he put down.

If you meant to say he didn't need to be there, would have been more accurate but not as accurate as his bullets.

If there wasn't any attempt to destroy our nation, he never would have NEEDED too have been there.
