At the same time, however, this is not a black and white case and there is very clear video evidence that make this a clear case of self-defence, even if the kid put himself in that chaos on his own accord.

His lawyer has to prove??? The prosecution carries the burden of proof. Not the defense. If they don't drop charges they should be sued for malicious prosecution. Learn the law.
