Kyle may get have weapons violations go against him however that's probably about it. Hamburger arm (now known as Lefty) probably shot the child molester in the head. If child molester was shot by Kyle his head would have been blown off. He was hit by Lefty's round probably or some small caliber bullet. When Skat'r Boi and Lefty attacked Kyle he defended himself.
