However, whenever considering to add to a chemo treatment just perform a short google check of the specific chemo and Chloroquine combo to make sure there is no study indicating antagonism.

Chemo works against fast growing cancers not slow growing. The main thing it does is prevent cellular regeneration both new cells and repair.
Your body doesn't aid the repair of the tumor, so the 100+lb patient has the edge on the 1oz tumor. It's the same basic principle that makes alcohol amazingly efficient at preventing food poisoning, and hence why it was the norm to drink wine or beer with meals. Bacteria doesn't have liver and kidneys, neither do tumors, you do so you've got a much higher LD50 when consuming poison.
The reason hydroxychloroquine would be so effective is it reduces the blood vessel amount and size in the tumor, so it can't dump its waste into the blood stream and cellular waste is toxic. Hydroxychloroquine also prevents the clean up of this toxic waste so the lymph system doesn't clean up the mess. The tumor would have to survive in it's own toxic squalor.
