By the way I know I wanted to help you out with some code, but the concussions symptoms are slowing me down. Today I decided to make another stab at it, and I'm making some progress -- although, it's just "getting a development environment set up on this new-to-me Mac Mini" and I've learned that ActiveState's Komodo (an integrated development environment) won't work (I had bought version 11, and would have to purchase v12 to work on Catalina, the latest Mac OS).
That's okay, though, as I've also used Visual Studio Code in the past couple years, to write a Go program to check my crypto balances. So I went looking to see if it could debug Perl, and, sure enough, there's a plugin for it! So I can use an IDE that I'm familiar with; and, I don't need to spend any more money, in order to debug Perl!
I'm still getting everything stabilized. But I wanted to give you a preview: the first code I want to write is "verification" code, to both help you in creating the post (or comment); and also, to give others a way to verify that it was correct.
So there'll be two options for the input: either a text box, so you can copy in a work-in-progress; or, a URL field to copy in a post or comment.
Then it'll parse through the text, post, or comment, looking for "lists" and will then verify that the text calculates to the numbered columns. If it matches, it'll highlight it with a green background; if it doesn't match, with a red background.
(And, I do still need to reconnect to my email, apologies again for "ignoring" you over there!)
What I intend to write is a web page where you can copy/paste the text you're about to post, and it'll verify that the phrases add up to the numbers to the right of them. Serves two purposes -- it'll help you in case you made a copy/paste error, or retyping error; and, it'll also give others the ability to double-check your work, in order to prove to them with very little effort (just copy/paste the URL into a text box on my web page and click "Verify") that the text you are holding forth as matching, does in fact match.
This is much easier than what I had wanted to write, which is a way to help you write the decode itself. However, once I've written this verification part, it will make the decode-writer easier I think. ≤

Also, 7 in the second and 1 in the third; "think mirror" and that's another 17. kekkity!!! ≤

I'm confused. Apologies if I confused you! :)
