In London, Calvi thought he would be safe and would be able to meet with the Italian magistrates to provide them with detailed information about the international money laundering by both the Mafia and the Vatican Bank in return for immunity from prosecution. But, instead, the very men he had paid to look after him delivered the banker into the hands of London Mob boss Francesco De Carlo, a seemingly respectable banker otherwise known as Frankie the Strangler.

Ironically, it was the Mafia themselves who would eventually solve the mystery of the death of ‘God’s Banker’. During the bloody Mafia war of 1981–3, as in-fighting rose to new levels of viciousness – entire families being wiped out to avenge acts of disloyalty both real and imagined – several high-ranking mobsters in both Italy and America, once safely under arrest, became valuable informers.

In July 1991, one of these, Francesco Marino Mannoia, testified by video link from America (where he was living on a US witness protection programme) that he had been told on two separate occasions that the death of Roberto Calvi was murder, not suicide:

‘I remember I was on the run at the time and hiding at a villa in the countryside when news of Calvi’s suicide in London appeared on the television. With me at the time was Ignazio Pullara [a member of the Mafia] who told me in a very excited manner that he knew Calvi had been murdered. Then, a while later when I was in jail in Trapani, Sicily, I spoke to Ignazio’s brother Gio who also told me Calvi had been murdered by the Mafia. When I asked him why, I was told it was because he had been given a large amount of money from drugs and contraband cigarette sales to launder but he had failed to do so. After that he was considered to be no longer reliable and Cosa Nostra [the Sicilian Mafia] could not trust him any more.’

The Italian police subsequently re-opened the case and in 1998 they exhumed the body of Roberto Calvi. In 2002 new forensic methods confirmed the banker had indeed been killed and Roberto Calvi’s family were finally able to claim the $10 million the banker’s life had been insured for.

By then Frankie the Strangler was already in prison, but for other crimes. He had been given a 25-year jail sentence at the Old Bailey in 1987 after being captured following Britain’s largest-ever heroin smuggling bust. As he began his sentence in a maximum-security British prison, he listened in horror at the stories filtering back about the true extent of the Mafia war in the early 1980s, including the slaughter of women and children.

It was at this point that Frankie finally decided to start cooperating with anti-Mafia prosecutors. As he later told the court, ‘I just don’t want to be a part of Cosa Nostra any more.’

Other Mafia supergrasses, known as pentiti (‘those who have repented’), then came forward; one was another senior Mafia member called Antonio Giuffre, who confirmed to the police that the reason for the Mafia murdering Calvi was ‘poor money laundering’ and offered other information that directly led to the arrest, in 2004, of five people for the murder of Calvi.

These were Giuseppe ‘Pippo’ Calo, a convicted gangster; Flavio Carboni and his former girlfriend, Manuela Kleinzig, who was charged with providing Carboni with a false alibi; Silvano Vittor (Calvi’s bodyguard in London); and Ernesto Diotallevi, the head of the most dangerous criminal network in Rome and the man paid $530,000 the day after Calvi’s deputy had been shot in Milan.

Carboni immediately protested to the Italian newsagency Apcom that Roberto Calvi had close links to the Vatican and suggested the financier may have been killed on orders from the Church. Pointing the finger of blame directly at Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, he stated, ‘Perhaps the Vatican would have wanted him [Calvi] dead, but I didn’t.’

However, by the time of the arrests, Paul ‘the Gorilla’ Marcinkus was back in America leading a quiet life and still protected by Vatican diplomatic immunity. He has never spoken about his time in charge of the Vatican Bank. In fact, Marcinkus never said a word about anything right up until his death in 1990 – of ‘undisclosed causes’.

At the pre-trial hearings in December 2005, De Carlo, speaking from behind a security screen, explained how at the time of Calvi’s death he had been travelling from London to Rome: ‘A few days before Roberto’s death I heard that Bernardo Brusca [a leading Sicilian family member] wanted to see me. I also heard Pippo Calo wanted me to “do something for them”.’

He continued: ‘But when I saw them a few days later they told me things had been taken care of and they didn’t need me after all. I didn’t ask what they had wanted me for, it didn’t seem necessary. Calo just kept saying that a problem had now been resolved. That is how it works in the Mafia. We never said anybody had been killed, we just say a job has been taken care of.’

So, a quick recap then. We have the murder of Roberto Calvi following the collapse of Italy’s leading independent financial institution; we have the shooting of the bank’s deputy chairman, Roberto Rosone, and the death of his would-be assassin, the Roman gangster Danilo Abbruciati.

Then we have the payment, the day after the shooting, of $530,000 to Abbruciati’s lieutenant Ernesto Diotavelli by Calvi’s friend Carboni, who both now stand accused of murdering Rosone’s boss. In addition, we have characters such as Frankie the Strangler and Marcinkus ‘the Gorilla’.

Other elements of the story include the Vatican’s involvement in international money laundering and even in the suspected murder of Pope John Paul I, who may have threatened to reveal the truth. In 1986 Calvi’s black leather briefcase, containing all his secrets, turned up and the Vatican bought it without explanation – for $40 million.

A London-based Italian antiques dealer, said to be about to reveal the identity of Calvi’s killers to London police investigators, was himself murdered in 1982. We have Propaganda Due, the secret Masonic lodge whose members – including prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, who was certainly involved with Roberto Calvi – benefited from the fraud Calvi assisted the Vatican with.

At the time of writing, the only defendant in court to hear the charges being presented has been Flavio Carboni, who later told Sardinian journalists: ‘I know as much about Calvi’s murder as I do about the killing of Jesus Christ.’

On June 6, 2007, after nearly two years of hearing evidence, argument and the detailed defence of the five standing trial, the presiding judge, Mario Lucia d’Andria sensationally drew an end to the proceedings when he three the case out of court, arguing ‘insufficient evidence.’ However, the court did rule that Roberto Calvi’s death should be treated as murder and not suicide.

A conclusion that asked more questions than it answered. Legal experts argued that there were many people, including senior mafia members and Vatican officials who had a clear motive for Calvi’s murder and who would benefit fro his silence.

Observers also noted that as twenty five years had passed, since the hanging banker had been discovered, prosecutors had found it almost impossible to present a credible case. After all, key witnesses had been either unwilling to testify, unable to be found or were no longer alive.

The Calvi family’s private investigator, Jeff Katz, claimed that senior figures, both commercial and political, had escaped attention and to bring evidence against them would be impossible. He also conceded that it was ‘likely’ that the Mafia had been involved but suspects were either dead or missing.

The surprise verdict failed to put an end to the matter as the Roman prosecutor’s office opened a second investigation naming others, some of whom were already serving life sentences on unrelated matters.

On May 7 2010 there were further acquittals due to lack of evidence and on November 8 2011 the Court of the Last Resort, better known as the Court of Cessation, confirmed the acquittals and closed the files.

There is now very little, if any chance at all, that the mysterious death of the financier found hanging under Blackfriars Bridge miles from his native land, will ever be solved. Although we all have our own suspicions, don’t we. – Albert Jack

Towards the end, Calvi hadn’t known which way to turn. He had made many enemies, albeit without intending to, and, in Mafia terms, knew exactly where all the bodies were buried – perhaps quite literally. As we have seen, Calvi had become the financial link between the Mafia, the Vatican, P2 and the Italian state. Even the Russians wanted information from the banker. And those who didn’t need his help any more and felt he knew too much preferred him to be silenced for ever. He was a wanted man, whichever way he faced.

During the weeks prior to his death, Calvi had certainly been keeping dubious company, dangerous enough for investigators not even to glance in the direction of the Vatican to begin with. But Roberto Calvi had been a close associate of the powerful American archbishop Paul Marcinkus, head of the Vatican Bank and heavily involved in the international money movement effected by Banco Ambrosiano.

Marcinkus had been criticized by many in the Pope John Paul II’s inner circle and they had called for his removal. The Pope had swiftly closed ranks around Marcinkus, enabling the Vatican’s diplomatic status to protect him. Even when Italian authorities later issued arrest warrants for Marcinkus and two senior Vatican officials, declaring them ‘socially dangerous’ and demanding that, if apprehended, they be denied bail to prevent them fleeing the country, the limitless immunity of the Vatican gave them safe sanctuary.

Five days before his own disappearance, on 5 June 1982, Calvi wrote in desperation to the Pope. In a letter made public during recent years by Calvi’s family, the banker pleaded with the pontiff, declaring him to be his ‘last hope’. He also gave a thinly veiled warning that the collapse of his bank would ‘provoke a catastrophe of unimaginable proportions in which the Church will suffer the gravest damage’.

Calvi used the opportunity to remind the Pope, or perhaps inform him for the first time, of the assistance his bank had provided the Vatican in funding both political and religious dealings with power makers in the East and West and of the banks in south America he had created to channel Vatican funds to help halt the expansion of Marxist ideology on that continent.

Calvi felt betrayed by the Vatican, claiming he had been abandoned by ‘the authority for which I have always shown the utmost respect and obedience’. He ended by informing the Pope of financial irregularities in Vatican bookkeeping, presumably manipulated by Archbishop Marcinkus.

Could that letter, tacitly threatening to reveal Marcinkus’s fraud, have effectively signed Calvi’s death warrant, while investigators were all looking in other directions, at the Mob and Propaganda Due? Casting blame upon P2 does make a great alternative conspiracy theory. After all, P2 members were believed to have addressed each other as ‘friar’.

Could this be why the ‘Black Friar’ (‘black’ because he had betrayed his fellows Masons) was found hanged at Blackfriars Bridge in London? The bricks in his pockets were certainly a Masonic symbol. Furthermore, new members are warned that betrayal of P2 secrets would result in death by hanging and the cleansing of the corpse by the tides.

Certainly Calvi had suggested to investigators that he was prepared to peel back the clandestine layers of P2’s skin. But would ‘punishing’ one of their number so publicly, in the middle of one of the world’s busiest cities, and with such overt symbolism, be worth the risk? Possibly not, as the Italian government disbanded the Masonic lodge shortly afterwards. At a stroke, the century-old secret society vanished, although many believed this was simply a cover-up for the Calvi killing as plenty of P2 members were also members of Parliament.

The Mafia were also heavily implicated in Calvi’s death. Indeed they had lost the most in his money-laundering disaster and mobster Flavio Carboni featured as a key figure during the final stages of Calvi’s life. From the beginning of 1982, the little Sardinian, who once boasted he would become the richest and most powerful man in Italy, became his constant companion and security adviser.

The relationship renewed Calvi’s access to real power, via Carboni’s secret-service connections, and the banker felt it could afford him some protection. He understood the advantages of hidden power, such as the Mafia and Propaganda Due possessed, but was also well aware of the downside of losing favour.

As the infamous American Mafioso informer commented to US officials when he broke the omertà (Mafia code of silence): ‘It is time I left our government and joined your government.’ Calvi was on the brink of doing the same, and expected Flavio Carboni to be the man who could enable it.

On 27 April 1982, the deputy chairman at Banco Ambrosiano, Roberto Rosone, left home for his office at 8 a.m. As he stepped into the street, a man with a pistol emerged from a doorway and fired directly at him, wounding Rosone in each leg. But armed guards posted at the Rosone residence had been alert to the possible danger and immediately returned fire, killing the would-be assassin outright.

Was Calvi trying to rid himself of those around him who knew too much about his activities, or, instead, was the net closing in on him? What is known is that the banker rushed to the hospital bedside of his deputy with the customary bunch of grapes – in this case trodden, fermented and presented in a bottle – and is reported to have exclaimed: ‘Madonna! What a world of madmen.

They are trying to frighten us, Roberto, so that they can get their hands on a group worth 20,000 billion lire.’ Calvi was said to be shocked to hear later that the would-be murderer had been identified as the feared Roman gangland figure Danilo Abbruciati, who emerged as a key Carboni ally when it later became known that, the day after the shooting, Carboni had paid an associate of Abbruciati, Ernesto Diotavelli, $530,000.

Flavio Carboni was soon in possession of a Calvi-funded cool $11 million, safely hidden away in a Zurich bank account, and a cigarette smuggler called Silvano Vittor was then employed as Calvi’s personal bodyguard. Vittor, Carboni and Calvi all met up in Zurich five weeks after the shooting and Calvi was smuggled to Austria where he boarded a private jet to London disguised as an executive of Fiat Motors.

He also announced he intended to modify the Catholic Church’s position on the use of contraception. Sadly, John Paul I died within thirty-three days of becoming pope, officially of a heart attack, although many believe that he was poisoned in an attempt to keep the Vatican ‘on side’.

All of which, of course, was strenuously denied by Vatican officials. Despite the suspicious circumstances of his death and calls for an autopsy, John Paul’s body was embalmed within one day. It was claimed at the time that a papal autopsy was prohibited under Vatican law, overlooking the fact that an autopsy had been carried out on Pope Pius VIII on his death in 1830, also allegedly of poisoning.

When John Paul II, the first Polish pope, assumed control following the sudden demise of his predecessor, funds from the Vatican and CIA began to be channelled via Banco Ambrosiano to Poland to support the burgeoning Solidarity Movement headed by the revolutionary shipyard worker (and later president) Lech Walesa.

Pope John Paul II made many speeches that were supportive of the Polish people, who were still, at that time, caught in the iron grip of the Soviet Union. As chairman of Banco Ambrosiano, the perceived conduit between the Vatican and the Polish revolutionaries, Calvi may well have made important enemies in Russia during this time.

After all, shortly afterwards an assassination attempt was made on the Pope himself in Vatican Square, thought to be a direct result of his interference in Eastern Europe.

Calvi, realizing he was in it up to his nail bag, is reported to have commented to a friend at that time: ‘The only book you’ve got to read is The Godfather. That’s the only one that tells you how this world is really run.’ But the net was finally closing in on organized crime in Italy. The Bank of Italy produced a report on an investigation into the activities of Banco Ambrosiano, concluding that bank officials had illegally exported several billion lire.

During the subsequent trial in 1981, Roberto Calvi was found guilty, fined nearly 20 million lire and given a suspended four-year prison sentence for siphoning 27 million lire out of Italy in violation of currency laws.

His P2 connections facilitated Calvi’s release on bail pending appeal and, remarkably, he even kept his position as chairman of Banco Ambrosiano but the banker insisted he was innocent of all charges and was being manipulated by others. During his spell in prison in 1981 prior to being tried, Calvi is known to have taken the unusual step of asking to see the magistrates hearing his case in the middle of the night.

The men duly obliged and Calvi said he would volunteer information about the funding of Italy’s political parties and their connection with both organized crime and the Roman Catholic Church. But he limited his information to a $21 million loan to the Socialist Party, and claimed he needed more time to gather further information and supporting evidence.

So at a stroke Roberto Calvi had made enemies of the Italian Socialist Party, organized crime and the Vatican, not forgetting the Russians, who viewed somewhat dimly his financial arrangements with Lech Walesa and his Solidarity Movement.

The following year, in June 1982, Banco Ambrosiano dramatically collapsed after it was discovered that between $700 million and $1.5 billion had been spirited away, much of it via Vatican sources and their Institute for Religious Works (commonly known as the Vatican Bank). Following the bank’s collapse, it came as no surprise that the Vatican agreed, in 1984, to pay $224 million in compensation to the 120 creditors of the failed bank.

Most of the compensation found its way to the island of Sicily, perhaps very wisely too in the circumstances. Extraordinarily, the Vatican managed to remain out of the scandal, citing its compensation payment as ‘recognition of its moral involvement’ in the bank’s collapse. Calvi himself was by now exceedingly twitchy, stating in a rare interview for La Stampa that he felt threatened. ‘In this sort of atmosphere any barbarity is now possible.

Many people have a lot to answer for in this affair,’ he said to the newspaper, before announcing cryptically, ‘I am not sure who yet, but sooner or later it will all come out.’ He went on to confide in his lawyers: ‘If the whole thing ever does come out, it will be enough to start the Third World War.’ Clearly a reference to the anti-Communist activities of the Vatican and P2 members.

Shortly afterwards, on 10 June 1982, Calvi disappeared from his Milan home, having shaved off his trademark moustache and acquired a false passport in the name of Gian Roberto Calvini. He was armed with cash in three currencies, including Swiss francs, indicating his intention to travel to that country, and a single black leather briefcase stuffed with documents.

A Calvi confidant from Sardinia, Flavio Carboni, who had recently been paid $11 million by Calvi to provide ‘security’ arrangements, then spirited the banker out of Italy using a speedboat, helicopter, eight private planes, three false identities and fourteen separate safe houses.

Roberto Calvi must have been exhausted by the time he checked into Chelsea Cloisters residential hotel in London on 13 June. He was found hanging under the bridge only five days later.

Against this background of intrigue on an international scale, it is extraordinary that a British coroner concluded that – despite the middle-aged banker suffering from vertigo and requiring the agility of an Olympic gymnast to reach the position he was found hanging from under Blackfriars Bridge – Calvi must have committed suicide.

The fact that the only time anybody, short of said athlete, could reach that part of the bridge was at high tide, and by boat, seemed not to trouble the coroner; and neither did the bricks found in Calvi’s pockets, nor the small matter of his hands being tied behind his back.

And that’s not all. Any dust or other bits of debris that would have clung to Calvi’s clothing as a result of Calvi clambering along the scaffolding under the bridge was not taken into account. And neither was the medical evidence of Professor Keith Simpson, despite being the man who had pioneered forensic investigation, who concluded that Calvi had been strangled and not hanged, as there was no evidence of the type of neck injury associated with a drop.

The fact that police officers found enough barbiturates to fell an elephant in Calvi’s room at Chelsea Cloisters – suggesting that the banker could have committed suicide, painlessly, sitting comfortably in bed in his pyjamas and dressing gown, had he wanted to end his life – was also overlooked. Quite rightly, a second inquest overruled the first, but even this one only provided an open verdict. So, what did happen to him then? And why was all this evidence seemingly overlooked?

The Mysterious Death of God’s Own Banker – Did Roberto Calvi, head of a bank with close connections to the Vatican, take his own life or was there a more sinister reason why he was found hanging under Blackfriars Bridge?

Early in the morning of 18 June 1982, in a scene redolent of a real-life Da Vinci Code, the body of Roberto Calvi, chairman of one of Italy’s most influential financial establishments, the Banco Ambrosiano, was found hanging from scaffolding under London’s Blackfriars Bridge by a passing postman.

Calvi’s pockets were full of stones and, bizarrely, a brick had been pushed into the zip of his trousers. The smartly dressed banker was carrying nearly £10,000 in cash in three different currencies in his jacket pocket – lire, Swiss francs and pounds sterling.

The man who provided banking facilities for the Vatican, earning him the media nickname of ‘God’s Banker’, had, apparently taken his own life.

It seemed pretty clear to most people that he had committed suicide, but had he? Others were far more doubtful, especially on discovering that Calvi was supposed to have been in Milan at the time. Indeed his passport was back there, and he had made no plans to travel to London at all.

Milan was where Roberto Calvi had been born, on 13 April 1920, just as Europe was recovering from the aftermath of the Great War.

It was at the end of the Second World War that Calvi joined the Banco Ambrosiano, becoming gradually promoted within the organization and, in the mid 1960s, acquiring the patronage of an important shareholder, Sicilian-born Michele Sindona, known to his associates as ‘the Shark’.

Sindona had begun his working life as a tax accountant, but he soon switched to less law-abiding pursuits and began to assist his Sicilian associates in their smuggling operations. When he moved to Milan, he quickly impressed Mafia bosses with his tax-avoidance skills and in 1957 started work with the Gambino family by managing their growing profits from heroin smuggling.

By the end of the first year, Sindona had not only actually bought his first bank, but he had also become firm friends with Giovanni Battista Montini, the future Pope Paul VI, who was among those who grew to rely upon the Sicilian’s financial acumen, profiting considerably from it.

By the time Montini became pope in 1963, Sindona had enlarged his Mafia-related banking empire. In 1968 he began moving vast sums through the Vatican Bank, which operated outside Italian law, to secret Swiss bank accounts. He had made himself indispensible to the Mob while somehow managing to retain an air of innocent respectability, even being named ‘Man of the Year’ in 1974 and widely regarded as the ‘saviour of the lira’.

Throughout this time, Sindona had been grooming Calvi as his natural successor. He even introduced him to Propaganda Due, a powerful Masonic lodge, also known simply as P2, before Calvi was appointed chairman of the ailing Banco Ambrosiano in 1971. And with that appointment, Roberto Calvi had joined the Shark in highly infested waters.

The maverick P2 Masonic lodge in Milan was formed in 1877; by the 1960s and 70s it was regarded by some as something of a state within a state, and by others as a shadow government.

Its members formed an elite of nine hundred influential Italians, including forty-three members of parliament, nineteen of the top judges and magistrates, fifty-eight university professors, forty-eight military generals, the heads of the Italian secret service, key banking regulators, important civil servants tasked with running government enterprise, and leading Italian businessmen, including the man who was to become the most powerful Italian since Julius Caesar, Silvio Berlusconi.

During the Cold War, members of P2 genuinely believed they could form an underground government in opposition should Communism take hold of their country. Vatican officials and the Mafia were also thought to have a large representation at the lodge. Now, not wishing to wake up with a horse’s head in my bed, I am going to proceed with rather more caution from here onwards.

Through his association with P2 and its grand master, Licio Gelli, Calvi began to transform the small-time Milanese bank into a big player of international repute, and he soon found himself dining with princes and kings. With such influential and powerful new friends, Calvi took very little time in establishing the Banco Ambrosiano as an important financial institution.

Beneath its respectable surface, however, Calvi’s bank was taking the lead in an international money-laundering business. During the early 1970s, it began establishing shell companies all over the world, moving vast sums of money between them in a range of deals brokered by Gelli for his P2 network.

As the profits from drug smuggling grew and the money flowed in, Roberto Calvi’s laundering activities increased while the powerful Gelli kept a watching brief, making deals and keeping records. Then in 1974 disaster struck.

In April that year, a sudden and unexpected stock market crash, known as ‘Il Crack Sindona’, destroyed most of Sindona’s banking empire, with profits falling by as much as 98 per cent in some cases. Sindona personally lost over $40 million and he was struggling to keep control of his network when one of his investments, the Franklin Bank, was declared insolvent.

Charges were then brought against Sindona relating to fraud, mismanagement and poor loan policies. When Francesco Mannoia, a Mafia member turned police informer, testified that much of Sindona’s money consisted of the proceeds of heroin trafficking, the Gambino family, determined to see the return of their ill-gotten gains, turned to Calvi and his Banco Ambrosiano and put pressure on them.

Further intrigue followed when the Holy See, part of the Vatican business organization, was said to have lost $40 dollars themselves during Il Crack Sindona, placing the Vatican quite clearly in the same boat as the Mafia drug lords, whether they realized it or not.

By the close of the 1970s, Roberto Calvi was in the thick of the action, and busy setting up shell companies in Panama and the Bahamas. In 1980, no doubt in recognition for his good service, Calvi was enrolled in P2 as a full member and immediately began atoning for the mistakes of his predecessor Michele Sindona in an attempt to return some of the money lost during the banking disaster of 1974.

Banco Ambrosiano became a clearing house for politicians and businessmen alike who wanted to buy protection from government officials or American law enforcers, who were, by now, taking a close interest in Italian drug traffickers.

Licio Gelli acted as deal broker and Roberto Calvi was tasked with finding a means of spiriting millions of dirty dollars away from the reach of investigators and returning them as legitimately earned income. The aborted takeover of the Rizzoli Group during 1980 was in fact a cover for one of these money-laundering deals.

The idea was that Calvi, Gelli and other powerful members of P2 would buy up a controlling number of Rizzoli shares and deposit them with Rothschild Bank in Zurich. Calvi then arranged for his bank to lend $142 million to a Panama-based company called Bellatrix.

The mysterious company, which later turned out to exist in name only, then bought Rizzoli shares at ten times their value, generating a huge income for P2 members and investors and filling their Swiss accounts.

When Rothschild executives realized what exactly was going on, they were alarmed to find they had been caught up in the transaction without their knowledge. According to one executive director, he was told by a senior board official that ‘we have to find a way out of this or I may end up in Lake Zurich’.

But within a few days, the windfall profits had been released into the accounts of the P2 organizers of the deal that Roberto Calvi had facilitated, at which some of them, key Calvi allies, immediately fled Italy, financially secure for life.

Calvi was now heavily involved in the banking/political/ religious/criminal melting pot that featured in every part of the Italian way of life during the 1960s and 70s, and many mysterious disappearances that took place during that era have remained unsolved. Indeed, knowing he knew something about everything, Calvi was becoming increasingly concerned for his own safety, paying up to 4 million lire a day for a personal armed guard and bullet-proof car.

He had become further alarmed when, in 1978, Pope Paul VI died and was replaced by Pope John Paul I. By then Vatican officials had resolved to clean up their image. Michael Corleone bought a large block of stock during the 1970s, eventually becoming the company's largest single shareholder. In 1979, he expressed interest in buying the Vatican's stake for $600 million in the form of a deposit in the Vatican Bank, which would have given him controlling interest. He had plans to turn it into an international conglomerate. Despite fierce opposition to the Corleone family's aquisition of this company, the company's American directors voted to accept Michael's tender offer.

However, the Immobiliare deal was really an elaborate swindle concocted by company chairman Licio Lucchesi. He had stolen a fortune from the Vatican Bank with the help of bank head Archbishop Gilday and accountant Frederick Keinszig, and intended to use Michael's "investment" to cover his tracks. When it looked like the deal might actually succeed, Lucchesi tried to stall the deal by making Michael promise to do business with him in return for his support. His stalling was inadvertently helped by Pope Paul VI's illness; under the provisions of the Lateran Treaty, the Pope had to personally approve the deal. Lucchesi also conspired with Corleone caporegime Joey Zasa and Don Altobello to have Michael assassinated. The plan was temporarily delayed when Zasa was murdered by Vincent Mancini.

Michael eventually caught wind of the swindle, but didn't know that Lucchesi was also trying to have him killed until Vincent, while spying on Altobello, was introduced to Lucchesi. Vincent is named head of the Corleone family, and as his first official act has the conspirators wiped out-- but not before his cousin Mary was killed by Don Altobello's assassin, Mosca.

The Black Nobility or Black Aristocracy (Italian: “nobiltà nera” or “aristocrazia nera”) are Roman aristocratic families who sided with the Papacy under Pope Pius IX after the Savoy family-led army of the Kingdom of Italy entered Rome on September 20, 1870, overthrew the Pope and the Papal States, and took over the Quirinal Palace, and any nobles subsequently ennobled by the Pope prior to the 1929 Lateran Treaty. For the next 59 years, the Pope confined himself to Vatican City and claimed to be a prisoner in the Vatican to avoid the appearance of accepting the authority of the new Italian government and state. Aristocrats who had been ennobled by the Pope and were formerly subjects of the Papal states, including the senior members of the Papal Court, kept the doors of their palaces in Rome closed to mourn the Pope’s confinement, which led to they’re being called the “Black Nobility”.

Despite the relatively recent name, the Black Nobility had existed for centuries, originating in the Baronial class of Rome and in the powerful families who moved to Rome to benefit from a family connection to the Vatican. [1] The Aldobrandini are claimed to be an Italian noble family from Florence. (Just from the following sentence we can see they were in fact tied to the Roman lines through marriage and not of.) Its Roman fortunes were made when Ippolito Aldobrandini became pope under the name Pope Clement VIII. He arranged the marriage that linked the Aldobrandini with the Roman family of Pamphili. Additionally, they were also linked to marriage alliances with the Farnese (Ranuccio I, duke of Parma, had married Margherita Aldobrandini) and Borghese (since Olimpia Aldobrandini married Paolo Borghese).

The family also lends its name to the Villa Aldobrandini on the Quirinal Hill. The Aldobrandini family, having reached the height of its powers when Ippolito Aldobrandini became Pope Clement VIII (1592-1605), began the building of the villa. In 1600 Clement VIII acquired the Orti Vitelli on the Quirinal hill and in 1601 donated the property to his nephew Cardinal Pietro Aldobrandini. The old buildings of the Vitelli Family were demolished and construction began on the new villa and adjacent garden. The villa was never the family seat as the Aldobrandini family owned even more splendid residences elsewhere in Rome. The villa on the Quirinal hill served essentially for ceremonial functions.

More famous was the Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati. Also known as Belvedere for it’s charming location overlooking the whole valley up to Rome, it was rebuilt on the order of Cardinal Pietro Aldobrandini, Pope Clement VIII’s nephew over a pre-existing edifice built by the Vatican prelate Alessandro Rufini in 1550. The villa, aligned with the cathedral down its axial avenue that is continued through the town as Viale Catone, was rebuilt in the current form by Giacomo della Porta from 1598 to 1602, and then completed by Carlo Maderno and Giovanni Fontana. The villa has an imposing 17th-century facade and some other interesting architectural and environmental features, such as the double gallery order on the rear facade, the spiral-shaped flights, the large exedra of the Water Theatre and the magnificent park. Inside there are paintings of Mannerist and Baroque artists such as the Zuccari brothers, Cavalier D Arpino and Domenichino. Outside there is a monumental gate by Carlo Francesco Bizzacheri (early 18th century).

Upon the death of Giovanni dei Medici in 1429 would leave two sons, Cosimo (1389-1464) and Lorenzo (1395-1440). From the former proceeded the branch that held absolute sway for many generations over the nominal republic of Florence, and gave to Italy popes like Leo X. and Clement VII. On the extinction of this elder line in the 16th century, the younger branch derived from Lorenzo, Cosimo’s brother, seemed to acquire new life, and for two centuries supplied grand-dukes to Tuscany. Cosimo, surnamed Cosimo the Elder, to distinguish him from the many others bearing the same name, and honoured after his death by the title of Pater patrioe, first succeeded in solving the strange problem of becoming absolute ruler of a republic that was keenly jealous of its liberty, without holding any fixed office, without suppressing any previous form of government, and always preserving the appearance and demeanour of a private citizen. This family is expert in deception.

This is the strategy employed to usurp democracies today through corporatism, also known as fascism. It is the representation of the feudal system re-birthed at Cluny in Burgundy around 909 AD and launched and bedded in England in the 1066 invasion. This was carried out by the Carolingian VI-kings (six kings) of the shadow, the mimic of Loki.

Cosimo born in 1389, he had already reached the age of forty at the time of his father’s death. He had a certain amount of literary culture, and throughout his life showed much taste and an earnest love both for letters and art. Having accomplished influence direct into the Church he was also able to accomplish influence in England. Using his great wealth enabled him to supply money to foreign potentates. Philippe do Comines tells us that Cosimo frequently furnished Edward IV of England with sums amounting to many hundred thousand florins.This is a time when the Order of the Garter had been formed along with 300 Knights the importance of which in our time shows itself in the supranational cartel called the Committee of 300.

When Tommaso Parentucelli was still a cardinal, and in needy circumstances, Cosimo made him considerable loans without demanding guarantees of payment. On the cardinal’s accession to the tiara as Nicholas V. he was naturally very well disposed towards Cosimo, and employed the Medici bank in Rome in all the affairs of the curia, which brought immense profits to the house.

It would appear Cosimo is using the arts assigned to the Templars which they learned from the Persians during the time of the Crusades, supposedly exterminated in the 1307 purge, perhaps in the Medici we are seeing its re-emergence, supported in the claims of the Rosicrucian’s and today’s Masonry that they represent the force behind the Renaissance. Cosimo would open the doors to Usury and compound interest in direct contradiction to Canon Law.

From this the House Medici would bankroll the Vatican on behalf of the Masonic Templars. This role would switch to the `House Fugger‘ and then onto the House Rothschild.

We are certainly looking at the pied piper that is the serpent in these forces, come again to tempt the hearts of man, and as we witness the state of today there are many dancing to the tune out of the garden and into the hands of the fallen.

Villa Aldbrandini

The Villa was built by a Cardinal in the 1500s. His family still owns the estate.

1598-1603: The cardinal Pietro Aldobrandini (1572-1621) orders to a pupil of Michelangelo, Giacomo della Porta, the construction of his summer residence: Villa Aldobrandini.

1599: Completion by Giusto (or Justus) Utens upon orders from the grand-duke Fernandino I of fourteen painted glasses intended for his villa Ferdinanda d Artiminio, on Montalbano, built by Bernardo Buontalenti and representing the villas built for various members of the Medici family between 1451 and 1599.

1605: Construction of Villa Borghese, in the year when Camillo Borghese is elected pope (Paul V).

Stars and Stripes at the Vatican

Pope Clemens VIII (Ippolito Aldobrandini) made a lot of use of the theme of his coat of arms (a stripe and a star) to decorate buildings he erected or restored (see S. Cesareo in Palazio or Palazzo di Campidoglio). The balustrades of Villa Aldobrandini in Rome have little globes showing the family symbols.

Another striking feature of the basilica is the tomb of Cinzio Aldobrandini, the nephew of Pope Clement VIII.

He was a cardinal in the Roman Catholic Church and lived much of his life in service to the Vatican. His tomb is decorated with a sculpture of Death which depicts Saint Peter in chains which according to scripture is exactly the agenda of the Luciferians.

Heading the Crime syndicate of the Black Nobility stands the House of Massimo.

Don Fabrizio Massimo-Brancaccio is the top owner of the Vatican and has high authority over the Sicilian Mafia and owns the Corleonisi Clan. They own a large fortress in Arsoli and another castle in Campania. The Massimo family use lions on their coat of arms like Corleone, Sicily uses a lion on its flag. The Massimo family frequently take the name Leone which means lion. Brancaccio is a neighbourhood in Sicily where Cosa Nostra originated and named after the Brancaccio family that later merged with the Massimo family.

The Massimo family are one of the oldest families of Rome and claim to be the ancient Fabii-Maximus dynasty. They likely have a portion of Maximus ancestry.

The Pope is titled the Pontifex Maximus.The communist Fabian Society uses the wolf in sheep’s clothing for its logo. Fabii like Fabian.

Prince Stefano Massimo married into the British Foxwell family and he is a fashion photographer with residences in London. Prince Stefano’s mother was the English actress Dawn Addams. The Massimo family of Roccasecca own the Clerkenwell Mafia of London also called the Adams crime family and part owners of various Irish Mafias. The district of Clerkenwell is known as London’s “Little Italy.” Rupert Murdoch who owns Fox News is a Vatican Knight of the Order of St Gregory. Fox was covertly named for Foxwell. The fox is considered a cunning animal. Fox News is a propaganda machine for the Vatican. Prince Valerio Massimo founded SCM Capital Partners and an aerospace company called Auctus Industries with his business associate Duke Edward Spencer-Churchill. The House of Massimo and other Italian Nobility have infiltrated the United Kingdom and work with the House of Windsor and some British Peers.

The House of Massimo is the nucleus of the Black Nobility. They are the primary owners of the Holy See.

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands claims Burgundian ancestry. I believe Baron August von Senarclens de Grancy who had an affair with Princess Wilhelmine of Baden was a relative of the Massimo family and this is why the House of Hesse created the name Battenberg for suspected Senaclens offspring which later married in with the royal families of Russia, Spain, Sweden, and England. Princess Marie of Battenberg’s son was named Count Maximilian and another suspected Senarclens was Princess Maximiliane Wilhelmine Auguste Sophie Marie of Hesse. The Medici’s were a force behind the Reformation and the Renaissance, each a strategy with the sole aim of undermining the Catholic tradition in order they could re-introduce, by the back door, a new version of the doctrines which would include the traditions of the Old Testament in place of the original Catholic traditions, in its extreme form would spawn the Puritan’s, despisers of fun and freedom demanding absolute obedience upon pain of death, to the Testament of Old, side-lining the doctrines of the New. But, although Michele di Lando was the nominal chief of the revolt, Salvestro dei Medici was its real leader. The latter, although a member of the greater guilds, had joined the lesser and sought to be at their head, in order to lay the foundation of his own power and that of his kindred by attacking the Albizzi, who were the leading men of the greater guilds.

Then, in the person of Giovanni, son of Bicci dei Medici (1360 1429), another branch of the family arose, and became from that time forward its representative branch. Indeed this Giovanni may be considered the actual founder of Medicean greatness. He took little part in political affairs, but realised an immense fortune by trade, establishing banks in Italy and abroad, which in his successors hands became the most efficient engines of political power. The council of Constance (1414 – 1118) enabled Giovanni de Medici to realise enormous profits. Like his ancestor Salvestro, he was a constant supporter of the lesser guilds in Florence to undermine the higher guilds.

In these two alone we can see the fact in the Medici we have a powerful trading family moving to remove the Christian laws on trade by usurpation of the powers that governed it, and they used their wealth to gain advantage through indebtedness of those they lavishly supported who would go on to positions of power in their own right. And let us not lose sight of the fact in the Medici the term guild, itself synonymous with the craft of Freemasonry, became their theatre of choice for imposing their power into the governments of the people. And from the information yet to come in this thesis relating to Freemasonry and Lucifer, and in the fact the Medici were the force behind the Renaissance, I would expect the existing representations of the Medici today to also be the force behind Freemasonry today, its symbolism, its doctrine, and indeed its art of speculation, after all if you are in at the start of the banking monopoly and you become a major power, you ain’t letting go ever.

When the historical timeline sees you disappear as if by magic there is reason it is so, you disappear when you hold the power and appoint delegates to exercise the power for you. Exactly as today’s UK monarchy acts which keeps them out of the sight of legal mob, they reign but do not rule,’ they delegate rule to their appointees, this keeps the crown and royalty out of political scandal because it is their appointees exercising authority.

As is admitted today at the online Jewish Virtual Library, the de’ Medicis and the Jews were expelled from Florence at the same time. Curious, no? In the first paragraph on that linked page, the Jewish Library says this :

The fate of Tuscan Jewry in the early modern period was inextricably linked to the favour and the fortune of the House of Medici. Though a Jewish presence was registered in Lucca as early as the ninth century and a network of Jewish banks had spread throughout the region by the mid- fifteenth, the organised Jewish communities of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Livorno were political creations of the Medici rulers. And like the Medici Grand Dukedom itself, these communities took shape in the course of the sixteenth century.

That pretty much says it all, but we are also given this :

When the Medici returned to power in 1512, the Jewish ban fell into abeyance, until the next expulsion of the Medici in 1527.

Why would the fate of the Jews and de’ Medicis be so closely linked, if the de’ Medicis were not Jewish themselves?

Once we understand who the de’ Medicis were, we understand why the Corpus Hermeticum came to them in 1463. It came to them because they paid for its creation. All this Hermetic and Occult stuff, including the Zohar, was created in the 14th and 15th century as part of the Jewish bankers’ war with Rome. Notice I say Jewish bankers and not Jews. That is because we know the rank-and-file Jews of the time—although always under pressure from Rome—were not in favour of the Kabbalah, the Occult, or any of the other “Hermetic” ideas being promoted. This also applies to the real Jewish religious leaders, who banned the Kabbalah and its teaching as heretical. But since the bankers were not practicing Jews, they couldn’t care less about the Bible or the Talmud. They thought they were doing their fellow Jews a favour, but couldn’t really divulge what they were up to. They couldn’t very well go to synagogue and admit the whole Kabbalah thing was a hoax. We may assume most rabbis at the time weren’t in favour of such religious hoaxes, even as part of a holy war. Some rabbis have since changed their minds about this, but in the early days we must assume these hoaxes were a hard sell for those such as the de’ Medicis, and they preferred to simply promote the Kabbalah as real, both to Christians and to their fellow Jews. I assume they figured most religious Jews wouldn’t bite on it, so no harm done. In many ways that was a just assumption, and to this day many or most orthodox and practicing Jews aren’t interested in the Kabbalah.

So why would the Jewish bankers in Italy in the early Renaissance be trying to sell the Occult as part of a holy war? Same reason they do it now. Why are the financiers still trying to sell you the Occult on a daily basis, in a thousand corrupt forms? One, because they still haven’t finished off Christianity. As we saw in my paper on Theosophy, they were still trying to kill Christianity in 1875 with various gambits, including importing a bastardised Buddhism or Hinduism. And they are still doing it today, with Buddhism, Wicca, Satanism, Kabbalah, Isis, and a million other forms of mysticism and misdirection. I say this not as a Christian or Jew, but only as an honest student of history. I can see that is what they are doing, so that is what I report. Personally, I report this not to save Christianity, but to save myself from all the fake projects. I don’t like fake projects or being lied to. I like to know the truth.

But killing Christianity isn’t the only goal. As of now, it probably isn’t even the premier goal. The premier goal for centuries has been the promotion of trade, and all the old religions have stood in the way of that, including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. All three have been attacked and continue to be attacked on a daily basis. As it turns out, they are all being attacked by the financiers. If you look closely, you find that the religions are not mainly fighting one another, and never have been. The holy wars are not Christian versus Jew, or Jew versus Muslim, or Muslim versus Christian. It is the merchants against all three. The merchants wish to destroy the trio, and to do that they often use cunning to pit one against the other, and one sect against another sect within each religion. Source

Definition Lucifer

Lucifer appears to mean “Lying Text”, being related to a writing that can be assumed to read something other than what is truly grammatically and factually proper English text. Today we exist in ignorance of the spiritual battle afflicting man which according to religious history began with the fall from grace and the expulsion of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden. Rothschild - Aldobrandini Marriage

Tied in with the mighty Medici’s we find a rather revealing insight into another high and mighty family in the Aldobrandini.[1]

For us to understand the power of the Aldobrandini today we need only remember the recent marriage between the House of Rothschild and the Aldobrandini with the marriage between Olimpia Aldobrandini and David Rothschild. (left)

The elect of the House of Rothschild would not marry into a family of a lower rank than itself, a fact that shows we are looking at a mighty family in the Aldobrandini, but if we are to take note of history and the opinions of some researchers in the field, it must also be considered that the House of Rothschild is by far the inferior of the two Houses, from the occult perspective and in wealth.

The Name Aldobrandini derives from The Constellation Alde-Baeran , there we find The Morning Star which represents Lucifer The Light Bearer. Below right is the villa at which the marriage between David Rothschild and Olimpia Aldobrandini held importance, but it is in the symbolism of the entire estate that serves to enlighten us further into the private life of families that present a Christian and indeed Jewish front protocol, or the public persona,’ yet when you examine the foundations and their actions we see the exact opposite to be the case in the private.

The third Baron Stanley in this line, also named Henry Stanley, converted to Islam in 1862, becoming the first Muslim Member of the House of Lords. He still resided at Alderley. Stanley married the daughter of Viscount Dillon, Henry Dillon-Lee. Her grandfather was Constantine Phipps, Baron Mulgrave, Lord of the Admiralty, who, like Admiral Parry after him, led an expedition to the North Pole.

His astronomer on the trip was Israel Lyons. Horatio Nelson was one of his midshipmen. Later he took part in the managed Battle of Ushant, the first naval skirmish in the Anglo-French War in 1778. Viscount Dillon married the daughter of the Baron Oranmore and Browne (Ireland). This Baron was the son of the 1st Earl of Altamont. I mention him because he married Anne Gore, daughter of Sir Arthur Gore, 2nd Baronet (Mayo). They are ancestors of the current Gores, including Al Gore.

As an alleged Muslim, this Baron Stanley took the name Adbul Rahman. Despite being a Muslim, Stanley nonetheless funded the restorations of four churches in Anglesey. Curious. He also allegedly married a woman named Fabia in the Roman Catholic Church. That doesn’t sound possible to me. To this day, Catholics do not allow such marriages. Yes, a Muslim can marry a Catholic—nothing is stopping them. But a Catholic Priest is not going to preside over the marriage unless the groom goes through long classes—classes a Muslim would not consent to. But this marriage is a farce for other reasons. It is admitted the bride was living under two aliases and was already married nine years. Obviously, this woman was a Spanish spook working on some project with Stanley. The whole Muslim thing was just a cover as well. Given the timing, it was probably linked to the Theosophy project—importing Buddhism, Islam, Taoism and anything else to weaken and splinter Christianity.

House Farnese

One of the important means to managing the shift to what we today call the new world order, was in the re-arranging of the chronology of the known world before the 1300s. in this respect the House of Farnese shows itself to be the octopus around such an agenda from at least the 1500s.

Fasti Magistrales, Annales or Historici – were concerned with the several festivals, and everything relating to religious practice and the gods, and the magistrates; to the emperors, their birthdays, offices, days consecrated to them, with feasts and ceremonies established in their honour or for their prosperity. They came to be denominated magni, “great,” by way of distinction from the bare calendar, or fasti diurni (“everyday records”). The word fast thus came to be used in the general sense of annals or historical records.

In Profile : the Aldobrandini, Lucifer and its servants

Fasti consulates – were official chronicles in which years were denoted by the respective consuls and other magistrates, often with the principal events that happened during their consulates, but sometimes not. An example is the fasti Capitolini, a modern name assigned because they were deposited in 1547 in the courtyard of the Palazzo dei Conservatori on the Capitoline Hill on order of Alessandro Farnese, who kept them temporarily in his villa after their excavation from the Roman forum in 1545 or 1546 (funded by Farnese). Michelangelo, who was an art forger and Protégé of Lorenzo de Medici himself the leader of the Florentine Republic, designed the complex of three palaces on the hill and also restored the tables of the fast. Medici

The origins of the House of the Medici family are to be found buried in the depths of the Tuscan countryside, in other words, in the Mugello, where the castle-villa of Cafaggiolo can be identified as their “cradle”. However the first historical traces of the family were in Florence, where Salvestro, the son of Messer Alamanno dei Medici, joined the “common people” in the well-known revolt of the Ciompi (1378), the largest social upheaval in the history of the Florentine Republic. Originally farmers who had moved into the city, the Medici became first merchants and then bankers.

The origins of their coat of arms, whose design was changed several times over the years, is not known. It was at first formed by eleven red balls on a golden field (the story that these were medicinal pills was apparently invented at the court of France by people wanting to defame Queen Caterina dei Medici in the 16th century); they became eight balls under Cosimo the Elder, while his son Piero the Gouty reduced them to seven: six were arranged in the shape of a triangle and one was placed in the centre; this was blue and painted with the lilies of France, according to a privilege received from King Louis XI in exchange for diplomatic services.

Lorenzo the Magnificent then reduced them to six, placing the blue ball at the top; Cosimo I, last of all, arranged them in the oval shape that they were to maintain in the future. Giovanni di Bicci (1360-1429, Bicci came from the nickname given to his father Averardo) was the founder of the family fortunes; by the early 15th century he had already accumulated a huge fortune thanks to his warehouses and banking interests as well as to his contract as rent collector for the City Council. Gonfaloniere in 1421, Giovanni became popular for his generosity for he often aided the Republic and the population in difficult times by providing financial help from his own personal fortune, while he was also the first patron of the arts in the family : he helped young Masaccio and paid for the reconstruction of the Basilica of San Lorenzo out of his own pocket (which stood in the area of the city where the Medici lived), entrusting the project to Brunelleschi. Two sons were born of his marriage with Piccarda Bueri: Cosimo (1389-1464) and Lorenzo (1395-1440), both of them called “the Elder”, from whom the two branches of the family originate. Source

Strangely, we find witchcraft mentioned in the lines of the Woodvilles. Elizabeth’s grandmother, Jacquetta of Luxembourg, was famously accused of witchcraft by Thomas Wake, a follower of Warwick. Her first husband Bedford was the brother of Henry V; but her second husband was Woodville, who was killed by Warwick in 1469. She was cleared when Warwick freed Edward IV from custody. But Richard III brought similar charges against her 12 years later, claiming the Woodvilles had acquired the Queenship by witchcraft. Of course we now know how to read this: then as now, witchcraft was just a cover for spycraft, and the Woodvilles didn’t make a Queen through witchcraft, they made her through Jewish financial and matrilineal connections. Pahlavi is a term for the ancient Parthian language where the Pallavicini named is derived. Giancarlo Pallavicini from Milan is an economist and worked as an adviser for the Soviet government. Giancarlo Pallavicini specialises in economic globalism. Prince Filippo Rospigliosi is the Earl of Newburgh Scotland and also holds Pallavicini titles in Venice and Genoa while residing in Milan. The Pallavicini coat of arms uses the double headed eagle found in Scottish Rite Freemasonry along with a masonic checkerboard pattern. Prince Filippo is a high level Scottish Rite Freemason.

Yahya Sergio Yahe Pallavicini of Milan runs ISESCO or Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation and is the Advisor for Islamic Affairs in Italy. Nasser David Khalili is a Jewish British-Iranian billionaire and Vatican Knight of the Order of St Sylvester and Trustee of the City of Jerusalem and serves the Pallavicini family. Mahmoud Khayami is a French-Iranian millionaire residing in London who help found the Iran National company, he is also a Knight of the Order of St Sylvester.

Elvina Pallavicini was known for supporting the United States war in Iraq. Iran and Iraq have been rivals and enemies for a very long time. The family engineered the US led war in Iraq. Prince Moroello Diaz Della Vittoria Pallavicini and Prince Sigieri Diaz Della Vittoria Pallavicini are top powers in Rome and the world. In the eighteenth century the imperial families of Byzantine Rome brought into the web of deceit, the House of Rothschild (red shield). The House is a construct. They would become the front of financiers for the elect of Byzantine Rome to enable the same to enter the Reformation as Jews, a far more palatable ethos to the Protestant than to ever trust the Vatican at that time. If you look at the families in the image, each are more likely to be Crypto-Jewish Byzantine merchants, with most being branches of the mighty House of Komnene with its origins in Armenia. They would enter England as the mighty Stanley’s, the Earls of Derby through Anglesey in North Wales as the Kings of Mann. From this we can better recognise the real force behind the current move to have the nation accept Prince William who is a bastard child of the former King of Spain, according to Greg Hallet, to sit as a future monarch. Anglesey is his main base. Such would explain why the current illegitimate monarch has shifted the goal posts in relation to allowing a Catholic monarch on these Isles, yet this would be a diversion from the fact, the Crypto-Jews are now in full control of the Roman Church through the Jesuits and Vatican II.

The Stanleys – Orsini

We have to go way back, but the Stanleys changed their name from Alditheley in about 1125. Apparently they took the name from the matrilineal line at the time, which was Stoneleigh. Other than that, I couldn’t find much in the ancestry, which is well scrubbed. However, it is interesting to find that Thomas Stanley’s daughter married a Molyneux.

In marrying a Molyneux, it looks like Stanley’s daughter was marrying a cousin, since both families descend from Houghtons. On these pages, we again find Erica “the Disconnetrix” Howton as page manager, which connects “her” to these people. Houghton. Howton. It looks like she was assigned the job of hiding all the important links in these Stanley/Molyneux/Houghton pages. However, we do find links to the Leighs, which would later be Lee. We also link to Audley and Mainwaring.

Stanley’s mother-in-law was Alice Montague, which ties us back to George Washington, where we saw his grandmother given as Mary Montague.

Another family I haven’t yet touched on is the Woodvilles. They were also part of this clan. To understand where they came from, we again go to the genealogies. Elizabeth Woodville was Queen of Edward IV. Her father was the 1st Earl Rivers, but her maternal great grandmother is the key. She was an Orsini. This family produced three Popes and 34 cardinals. Moving, as we do, to understand the present from an understanding of history, we soon find that history is a serious labyrinth indeed and that many passages lead to danger and dead ends. The Holy See is based in Switzerland, the Octagon.

The Holy See is a financial operation and has moved to relieve the people of the laws of the land and into its own jurisdiction, that of Admiralty and Maritime Law. In 909 AD the Carolingian warlords reversed the Benedictine doctrine on land ownership, from which was birthed the Feudal system.[3] They installed this yoke upon England in the Jewish financed 1066 invasion controlled by William the Bastard, who did allow the Jewish financiers unfettered rights to usury between the lands of France and the lands of England. If we were to seek out a home of the powers behind the Holy See we need look no further than the Lagoon and Islands best known today as Venice. The Venetian lagoon is located on the coast of north-eastern Italy, enclosed from the Adriatic Sea. It is believed that the lagoon was inhabited for millennia by itinerant fishermen and salt workers before people started to move out to the island and establish cities. The first permanent settlers arrived around the time of the fall of the Western Roman Empire (5th century CE). The mainland inhabitants of Altinum (modern-day Altino) and other Roman cities searched for security on the marshy islands in the lagoon from the invading Hun and Lombard armies who gradually conquered much of the Italian mainland during the 5th and 6th centuries CE.

There was other serious changes to the original format preceding those, in 530 AD under the Byzantine Justinian and another in 909 AD at Cluny, the latter would see the Carolingians become the monastic order, reverse the Benedictine doctrine on land and property and rebirth the feudal system set up by Constantine which would be launched on England in 1066. But the real movers in the Gnostic polytheistic priesthood would be the Jewish Templars.
