Than I think you're foolish. A cruise with parents (and "parents") and children is the perfect cover for constantly moving children in and out of the island. Small boats traveling to and from the cruise while they're stopped at a snorkel location are not going to be noticed or suspected. Random private boats which may be spotted with underage kids on board would be far more conspicuous.
