Where is the sauce on what this satellite does?

It sounds ridiculous to me.

Instead of just criticizing me for asking, how about somebody telling me exactly what it does, and giving some sources?

OP here- whether or not its the actual satellite (it likely is A satellite, whether this one or not is up to speculation), the point is the body of TEXT in that Kennedy Space Center tweet.
