Mr. Storch has traveled extensively for DOJ and the FBI on a variety of

anti-corruption and other programs. From December 2007 through December

2009, he was posted on detail to Ukraine as a Resident Legal Advisor working

to help develop measures to address official corruption. He returned to Kyiv in

2014 to assist in the development of legislation that was adopted in October of

that year and calls for the establishment of a new anti-corruption regime, and

again on several occasions in 2015 to serve as an advisor to the U.S. Embassy

on other anti-corruption initiatives.
