Miley's tattoo artist Dr. Woo shared a peek at her new arm tattoo - The biscione - the emblem of the House of Visconti and the symbol of the city of Milan.

 

The tattoo is a snake in the act of consuming a child; the biscione is also known as the vipera.

We have to understand the history and context of their symbology which they hide in plain sight. They also take existing symbols and change turn them into something else.
