Hmm ... may I offer something a little less judgmental?
First: All the observation is correct.
But: Pixar’s creative crew has a lot of guys working that have practical NLP knowledge. For those who learn n study NLP it’s obvious.
NLP is a two edged sword. It works. It’s efficient and effective. And it can totally improve people’s lives also simply by making them aware how important good communication is. And that bad communication is nothing you have to accept and die with. In that perspective NLP is valuable. It is an impactful means of personal development and great story telling (which has a healing/ reconnecting quality like e.g. “stories” in the Bible). In that regard the movie has a quality that furthers children’s ability to communicate.
On the downside this - that has a positive impact - can be abused by psychopaths who will study it to better their manipulative skills. Like e.g. PUAs (pickup artists).
Monster Inc. is first and foremost good entertainment. Should you let your children watch it without you? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it’s just not right for you.
Once red-pilled, watching old movies and even playing old games will make you understand the true meaning. They always tell you what they are doing in plain sight shrouded in "fiction." Why do they do this? Most people I've talked to believe it's arrogance but that's not why. The universe has laws and even the cabal must adhere to them. Their ultimate goal was to enslave the globe but universal law won't simply allow them to obstruct the free will of billions of people. We have more power than most understand. By injecting their intentions into entertainment, they successfully (but deceitfully) gain our permission through this medium. We grant permission by seeing their nefarious intentions on the big screen. This circumvents the laws of free will to a limited extent.
Add 'The Golden Child' w/ Eddie Murphy to the list of 'Future proves Past' movies. Re-watched after a dig on Q post 'What does it mean to be covered in Gold' and finding a reference to this link.

What about all the doors in the movie? Could it mean that monsters or demons are literally coming into our lives through portals of other dimensions? Symbolism.
What really bugs me about shit like this, is, knowing how sick and fucked up these people are, there is a damn good chance some of those screams are actually REAL..

Jupiter ascending....about the deep state …about illuminati families...harvesting humanity to make a drug... take a deep dive into the young symbiology. the movie talks about a lot of current crimes happening world wide if you look at it as a symbolic telling of now.
