Based on the excellent research of this Anon, we can assume that Brendon Tarrant was an agent of the cabal. He seems to be a Mossad-Jihadist/C_A-Agent/MK-Ultra victim.

If we start from this assumption, we logically conclude that his "manifesto" must also be a pamphlet written by this cabal.

But for what purpose was it written? Who should it reach?

If Deep State controlled reddit prohibits the dissemination of this manifesto, it could mean that they want to draw our attention to it. They try to beat us with our own means - our snooping curiosity and our desire to find out the truth! The ban is a trigger.

I read it several times and came to the following conclusion:

The Deep State now has a new European strategy. The protests of the Yellow West in Europe are their last chance to start a war.
