There was a post a while back, someone's big investigation into something which turned up Blizzard's parent company Activision and their parent company Vivendi. I just recall a big massive chain.

Yes, the video game industry is deeply mired in corruption. There's much more to the picture than what I included in the map.

Take note of who bought Blizzard back before even Starcraft: Broodwar came out... Hollywood and other industries seized on the commercial success and the ability to have control of an emerging platform for communication between the masses(in-game chat).

Many other gaming companies are a part of the same 'machine'.

Video game drama matters to some people and as of late has been getting as political as anything. Gamergate was a big log on the right wing fire.

I basically gave up on western devs, to easy to get your game cheap/free. I buy full price again if they ever come to their senses, cut the SJW shit, microtransactions and other kinds of E-begging.
