Cesar Altieri Randazzo lived where Bernie Whisenant died. Altieri was trained in Sayoc, a Philipino military school financed by the drug network, to kill political dissidents quickly and silently so people just end up dead - like Bernie Whisenant.

Whisenant’s body was found dead on a beach in Broward County, Florida on May 25th 2017, right in front of Altieri's address. Whisenant worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami in its major crimes unit. Court records show he had been handling several visa and passport fraud cases, possibly including potential fraud by the Awan brothers who were directly associated with former DNC head and current South Florida congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Altieri's lnks to Khashoggi? Consider this: Khashoggi had been arrested for hiding drug assets of those involved in the drugs for weapons business - think Operation Cassandra. The Philipino Drug Cartel financed Sayoc military school to train youth for combat, and later exported some of their best students to the USA to continue in the drug business.
