On October 3, 2018, we had the FIRST Prersidential Alert via Text Message and the WEA System. (17= Q) Days later is OCTOBER 20, 2018.
October 20, 2018 is (Q = 17) days before the 2018 Midterm Elections.
I believe the FISA DECLAS (or something major) could happen on this date, but it is only pure speculation at this point.
What are your thoughts?
