The user got caught in Vote manipulation and admitting to it in this two archives:

The user is also engaging on harassment and has banned several people that don't even engage on his subs using dumb reasons like "been a nigger".

I have screenshots of the harassment and also regarding the banning however imgoat is down for the moment, if there is another image site that I can upload these images, by all means let me have it so I can upload the proof..
