I thought the problem was that aww was being raided with gore so they were separating the gore from the cute and then other voat users are just downvoating it because it's spamming the front page?
The problem is that /v/Aww is a default subverse that cannot be blocked from /v/All.
After giving it some thought, and instead of changing the rules of Voat to allow blocking of default subverses (I suppose that's a rule we can't change), I personally believe the best action is just to remove /v/Aww as a default subverse.
First of all, Voat is not Reddit and /v/Aww should not be a default sub simply to emulate Reddit. The content of the subverse is anything but original content, with little value added in the comment discussions. It is a prime target for CCP voat farming.
I don't see why it has to remain a default subverse, even though it is very well managed by /u/absurdlyobfuscated
Are you thinking of https://voat.co/v/all? In that case you are specifically requesting "all" content. Blocking will keep stuff off your frontpage: https://voat.co/
Yeah so All is all, so it bypasses blocks and subscriptions. You'll even see NSFW posts if you have NSFW blocked.
If you don't have any subscriptions, you see all content from non-private subs you haven't blocked on your front page. Once you subscribe to at least one subverse, you just see the content you are subscribed to.
The idea of the front page is to show everything you are subscribed to or the default subverses. Just use v/all if you don't plan on subscribing to anything.
Removing a default subverse doesn't accomplish anything other then setting a precedent for removing another default subverse at a later date. The answer is to either subscribe to a bunch of subverses or to just use v/all.

It can be removed from v/all, but not from the front page, since that one shows all the default subs, which v/aww is one of. See here: https://voat.co/v/voatdev/2870390

Stopped reading there. I have it blocked. Your argument is invalid.

@Adminstrater isn't an admin and doesn't know what they're talking about. Voat was created by Atko and he made v/aww a system sub: https://voat.co/v/whatever/2868805/15184763
I'm told the drama going on on v/aww is believed to be caused by this particular crazy person: https://arkansas.arrests.org/Arrests/Jeffery_Pugh_37280354/

I think the whole Gore psyop is the push to get us to post nonsensical shit to the front page of voat.
Op's account stats are suspicious.
