I certainly agree with what you're saying there. Just look up how vague the anti-terror legislature is and you'll find it's not hard to be in breach of it.

Well he hasn't been convicted but the CPS are usually reluctant to press charges, particularly with sexual offences, if they don't think there's enough evidence to secure a conviction.

What's that about then? Another "movement" deviant. I note that Jack Renshaw of National Action was also convicted of "inciting a child to engage in sexual activity". Ryan Fleming was another one done for having sex with an underage girl.

In the OP's case the kid appears to be under 13. Possibly prepubescent. How old were they in the other two cases?

Not that I'm a huge fan of underage sex. But just about every guy is attracted to underage girls on some level - and the age of consent even varies around Europe. 14 in some contexts. It can be as low as 16 in the US. Though there can be some limitations. So just what is underage?
