but youd think there'd be a public announceent of the NYPD handing over jurisdiction to Maritime Authorities (unless it always was - signified by the gold rimmed flag behind them at the press conference) so that the NYPD dont 'lose face'

I heard they moved it because repubs and dems were going to be given 3 hrs each to question him...so they extended the hearing and had to re schedule to fit the time in...also, Trump has I rally the 17th (iirc). Can't have him real time talking to the masses about it.
