In President Trump's tweet he used the word Scott Free instead of scot free. After some quick digging I found Scott Free Productions, and one of their movies is White Squall. In that movie is our favorite quote, Where We Go One, We Go All!

Hadn't seen anyone mentioning "Taxis" yet. There's talk of Cohen's Father-In-Law financing a Chicago Cab company with $20M. Don't know the connection exactly. But, something to dig.
