I took the whole conversation between the anons and Q, only on the [0] Delta portion. I annotated it for those who are confused about how to read from Chan boards. I underline if it’s an anon, then put an arrow to the anons number to show that Q is responding to them. Sometimes it’s just the number. That’s Q verifying or acknowledging that anons post.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but Trump's tweet reads like a coded warning about bad actors in the Atlantic Council and tells their targets (who will likely be CIA/MI6 spooks) to report in to local authorities before they get killed. This may be a bad reading because the Atlantic Council was recently run by Trump's own ambassador to Russia, Jon Huntsman.
