That entire area looks stamped ( a blending feature on Photoshop I have used extensively ), as well.

Look again at another 'PROOF' on Twitter. The person that allegedly snapped the pic got access to Obama in a Moloch outfit, but could not get any closer than the fence at the White House while in DC? hahaha! Look at the flaky bitch ! o_0 SHE'S A WITCH telling everybody to vote DEMOCRAT.
