its because Weiner unknowingly to the system had "insurance" they didn't know and when it was found out it became hell on wheels they were led to sperging out...thye just thought oh well Weiner is sexting underage girls ago which he had done repeatedly and they looked the other way when they found this the system freaked the fuck out.
