I'm not a mod, I'm a janitor. I have seen nothing to indicate there is any hinky business going on. I'll raise the issue.

In the interim @Oh_well_ian, do you have some documentation or something to indicate how you know this is happening? It sounds more like a "programming" glitch versus something nefarious.
