I don't know what I believe. I think some time ago, some number of years irrelevant to you reading this because you don't know me and my experiences may as well be fiction. Well, some time ago I think my spirit "broke." Not that I was red pilled or figured things out or "grew up," but I look at the world and I see...so much...but I also see nothing. Because at the end of every human life is the same thing: death.
No matter what happens, the planet goes on right? Not really, since one day the sun will go supernova and burn our galaxy to cinders before enveloping even more of the universe (albeit a microscopic percentage to the universe, but very in our regard) as it continues multiplying in size. This will happen to every star. Even stars die, and when they die, they take everything down they can.
One may argue this is what seeds the universe with life, and here we lay at the first real roadblock. Is the universe expanding, being crushed in on itself, or something else? We have no idea. Either way we are theoretical looking at the total annihilation of reality. Not to mention that any number of other catastrophes could take place and make our species extinct (nuclear war, ice age, mega volcanoes, atmosphere disintegration, asteroids, solar flares, etc)- and those are just the realistic ones!
We're on this small island, in an endless sea, with a wave frozen above our heads that could wash away literally everything we know.
If this all is true, if that's really the world that we live in- I can't believe that. I cannot believe humans act this way on purpose. I cannot believe our universe is cold and dead. I can't listen to leaders who lie to our faces and people let it happen. There's nothing right with the world we live in. You are telling me, we as a species have lived as proles for thousands of years? That never once we were all equal amongst one another? I don't give a fuck who anyone is, where they are from, what they believe, or what they look like, as long as they treat me with mutual respect and dignity as a fellow human fucking being.

Sometimes I think that all the shit that's going in the world happens for a cosmic reason and is inevitable. Maybe humanity needs to go through its share of shit every now and then in order for us to adapt and evolve.

Edit; philosophical rambling :)

I don't think we'll ever come together. There are certain groups in this world that can't live in a civilized nation. There's several groups religious and racial that are dead weight dragging us down. Now there isn't much you can do about it without being called hitler v.2.

Something everyone has to realize is that Reincarnation is scientifically proven fact. Please look into the amazing work of Dr. Ian Stevenson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbWMEWubrk0
You've had many lives, you will have many more. Stop being such a fucking pussy, find your Dharma, and start working on your Karma. You will never make it to the next step in your evolution otherwise...

Our biggest mistake is thinking that this is the first time this has happen or that we are somehow special.

Holy shit hahaha. That was great. And I can't believe the bear part, ha.

Math. The rest is bullshit.
ElspethTirel ago
Ha, maybe my problem is I don't "get" the higher maths (despite very much wanting to understand and study sciences). I uh, basically all the math I am good at is that which you find in video games. Percentages and decimals is as far as I go, pull out fractions? I'm out. I can do variables, that is easy, just swapping stuff around, figure out what is missing. Like a game in itself. I tried Khan Academy (if anybody knows it) for months, got a notebook full of math doing...didn't get anywhere further.

We're animals. What you're looking for is 'god', in whatever form that will take for you. Good luck finding it, sounds like you're really missing it.

I'd like to be god. In a benign, "try but fail at making everybody happy." I'd settle for being King of Earth, but I don't think that will happen unless there's some sort of apocalypse, and I survive, and can deal with it.
