It's a game. You have to log into the osiris system and then track down a criminal. It's probably your friend Fisher Rainbows. I lost interest when I needed to create a new user of a forum to track the guy. At that point there's just too much to explore.

Win 3.0 didn't have a start button. Also the dos prompt doesn't accept input. Got bored in 20 seconds.

Yeah I just assumed it was a ploy to get you to sign up on their forum at first. Was fun for a few seconds.
