The question is, why do people have to be derogatory. It doesn't add any value to the conversation/community. It offends a lot of people and there is no need for it. Just call them black.

Dumb blonde applies to anyone with blonde hair.
Redneck applies to southerners, usually. It's not even derogatory.
Trailer trash applies to people who aren't just poor, but terrible, gross people. It has nothing to do with race.
White trash is racist, sure, but you could just take out "white" and yur good, there's really no need for it.
Neckbeard can apply to anyone as well.
