It hit me when Dr. Lester Grinspoon died recently.. I saw a photo of him it was instantly obvious. Then I asked myself well who else is a big name in cannabis legalization? Jack Herer! Holy fuck. Ok.. WHO ELSE? Fuckin (((ED ROSENTHAL)))!!! WTF!!! Now, I’m a pro-cannabis guy, I’ve worked in a dispensary, I’ve seen it help a lotta people, even shrinking cancerous tumors away for some folks, so I believe in the medicine. Where my brain goes when I see all these fuckin Jews being at the helm of the movement.. and Israel being a leader in medical research into cannabis.. makes me wonder if they were only stifling any actual progress in the US. Or maybe cannabis is the devil lettuce and I’m in denial.. any thoughts on this one, goats?

I use thc just about daily to treat autoimmune diseases and arthritis. It works as good or better than any pharmaceutical I've ever been on.

Medical use is way different then being a teenage dirt bag stoner.... just like using any other med it has its place but getting in the habit is usually a bad idea.
I've known people who used coke without any real bad effect too but I wouldn't recommend it as a life style for most people.

What defines a vice? A vice is defined as a morally wrong act/behavior. Morals are relative, and you haven't really stated how the act of taking drugs in itself has any moral assignment.
Jacking off to porn to an obsessive degree - again, while I'd pity anyone afflicted with that habit, I don't see how it's a moral issue either. Is it good or bad, morally speaking, to jack-off all day to porn? And to note: the health (physical/mental) implications are irrelevant here as they don't factor into the moral weight of the act, just the consequences of it.
