Utah caused Utah's homelessness now they are claiming to save to the homeless with control methods for which the homeless have no agency to control their own lives. This method is the deepest and darkest of evils of anti human behavior. TWG.

I had read that Utah built housing and placed the homeless there, so no longer homeless?
