He has a legal death certificate, which is all the legal proof he needed. The guy claiming he faked the death certificate is the one who needed proof of his allegations. Since all he had was conjecture, the jury pretty much had to agree with the defamation claim.
When I've asked the no real life people for evidence to support their claim that "no kids were killed" at the SH school, that's all I got too. People seen in the woods! Free houses for everyone! Workers moved school equipment and supplies out of the work area! Seriously? I've briefly looked into some of that stuff, and found nothing of interest in the content that could match the unusual nature of the theorists themselves. While it mostly just results in 'poor' results, flawed cognition can be a fascinating topic. Why did the man mistake his wife for a hat? What causes people to disbelief in events that happen outside the range of their own senses and perceptions?
