One or two of the floors right were one of the planes hit were occupied by Kroll & Associates. But they were fortunate to have cleared out their entire offices just days before the event, leaving only their computer servers full of evidence of their criminal activities. Recently, the son of the owner produced some super jewey netflix cartoon in which he denigrates 9/11 truth.
As for building 7, aka the (((Solomon))) Brothers building, I think it held offices of intelligence agencies. I know Giuliani's emergency base of operations was in there, which his team did not use that day.

I seem to recall that everything concerning the Enron case, was stored in building 7 too.
