judging from what ive seen... ( and i know a little about this stuff from my da,) when that water level hits about 900', its gonna slump-out, & that will be that. it wont last till the end of summer if they get more rain

that's not photoshop - that's a picture of the 2017 Oroville dam disaster ...... widely known to millions.
The dam is much discussed this week as it is near to overflowing and the water release spillway was rebuilt in the same flawed fashion as before.
