He's lying to you. I have the entire 16:57 min video and you can see his face sontantly throughout, even points the camera right at himself and speaks into it. Nowhere in the entire video is a mask seen or even mentioned.
In his manifesto which he wrote before the attack, he does mention when he goes through with it, he'll probably wear a mask. But obviously he didn't. Whoever the hell OP is, he's spreading disinfo, purposely I suspect.
