I think one day we might actually come to learn that psyops are actually quite commonplace. If you think of what it is, a psychological operation, and then think about the various intelligence outfits out there in the world, then factor in specialist units; for example, over here in the UK we have 77th Brigade doing their info/disinfo gig full-time, then you're looking at what is likely a hell of a lot of psyops covering all manner of things. It's basically the strangulation and redirection of truth, constantly.

Yep. I think it's far more widespread that people realize. Advertising, TV shows, film, etc., it is all influencing people all of the time. Even right here on Voat we have it. This is what a psyop is now; it is a way to influence people into doing or believing certain things so that they don't present a problem later on. It's very prominent in certain countries against certain regimes but it is also happening to us as well, but it takes a hell of a lot of waking up to realize that.
