I wonder how strange this belief is: "He had this weird belief that everything in the world was controlled by the hidden hand of the satanical secret world government."
Throwing "satanical" into everything is what gets a lot of rational theories stomped down. I would literally bet my life that there is a semi-secret world ruling class, but I can't just throw in satanical to make it seem even "better." Even when talking about Jews, I don't get why Satan is thrown in so often. They are just greedy and efficient at controlling populations to fullfil that greed.
But.. you do realize the elites literally perform satanic rituals, sacrifice children to the devil, worship the devil, etc. on the regular, right? That's... kinda why the word satanic gets tossed in there.
That thought is only concerning if you are christian or otherwise religious. Why would I care if powerful people sit around candles in the dark or whatever it is that satanic rituals entail?
Yeah you're right, it's just a coincidence every powerful elite figure in the ruling class worships the devil, we just can't go around saying they all do, because logic.
