So the media has been fully erect for months over Daesh and the possibility of radicalization of youth via the internet and their ability to then carry out lone-wolf attacks. Now there is what appears to be one by Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez and... it's not on the front page of Reddit, MSNBC is off still talking about the confederate flag, foreign media outlets don't even have it in the minor articles.
The Boston marathon bombings by Islamic radicals killed fewer people and they caused a mass panic for days. What is different this time? Why is it barely national news? What is being hidden?

I think it has to do with them trying to avoid talking about radicalized Muslims being domestic terrorists or something like that. They bend over backward to avoid the elephant in the room, even though lone wolf attacks are exactly what we should be expecting.
deathcomesilent ago
Its pretty simple really, this is actually news, therefor the MSM does not report it.

Like why marines are not allowed to be armed on their base? If all the shit gov't does, I can't think of a rational reason.

Everything is hidden to a degree. Most of the news is simply a distraction from the real things going on in the world that should take greater precedence to the public.

I've been seeing articles about this on man different sites, such as Google News and Yahoo News.
What sites are you not seeing it on, that you believe you should be?
Hokie200proof ago
Front page CNN not "discussing it" enough for us?

Because this is the false flag that redacts the 2nd amendment. TPTB (The powers that be) do not want the public to be informed when they make this decision.
This is why Jade Helm is going on right now.

I don't know, I'm surprised that the first time I heard about it was on the Radio an hour ago. The fact that it took almost 24 hours to reach me is astounding. Not even anything on Reddit.

Talking about the attack won't help Hillary Clinton get elected.

The narrator is hilarious! "Blew off his pants but not the shorts as to not reveal his genitals and not a scratch on his legs" lol

What is the Chattanooga shooting?

that in itself answers the question I think

Foreign media is definitely picking it up man, I just watched it on national six o'clock news in Australia

People get pissed if they overrun the news with what you believe are false flag attacks, and now you get pissed that they aren't overrunning the news with the stories. God, there is no medium.
dildonkers ago
Interesting. My thought was that the attacker could be related to a prominent family in one of our Gulf Arab "ally" countries. As opposed to some no-name Chechens last time.

It was national news until they knew the suspects name and got a picture of him. Personally, I think that since it wasn't an angry white guy mad about the flag debacle (its Tennessee) then they really couldn't get many clicks. But then again, I'm not that smart.

As of this post it's frontpage on cnn.com, MSNBC.com, and foxnews.com.

The FBI didn't organize this one.

As far as the news sites go, maybe their seeing that covering violence is not slowing violence so their going in a different direction? Maybe their doing what journalist are meant to do and getting all the facts. I'm optimistic but maybe. I did see CNN and MSNBC cover the shooting briefly, I live in Chattanooga and knew it happened 30 min to an hour after it happened, but nothing more.

Nice one friend! Very humorous!
Nah but really, "if it bleeds it leads". Shit like this is always going to make the news unless it goes against some sort of agenda.
InceptionBox ago
Like I said, I'm optimistic. Another reason your not hearing about may in fact because it was domestic terrorism, plain and simple and news sites banned that word along time ago.
jervybingly ago
This is why the Waco explosion, just after the "Boston Bombing" got relatively little coverage; it was real domestic terrorism. Even though five times more people died in Waco and 150 homes were damaged or destroyed, it was overshadowed in the news cycle, because it was real.
