This is much more than insurance fraud- Don't get me wrong- that's definitely a perk.
And I'm No fireologst- But I have imagine it's easier to burn leafs off a tree, Rather than a house... I mean, obviously anyone who has ever had a bonfire knows that New wood Doesn't burn well, But I mean- The leaves don't even burn off??? Admittedly it's A shitty picture- but There have some that make you go "What the fuck?"
Ummm... Title kinda says it all OUT OF CONTROL WILDFIRES. So we are still so simple that the only other answer is insurance fraud, orrrr agenda 21. HMMMMMMMMMM. You can't be selective while remaining wild. Hens the word, "Wild".
....the word is spelled "hence". And fire can do some strange, unexpected stuff. It can skip over houses, just as it can burn only houses and not trees. And how would Agenda 21 play into this particular example? A house burning down like this does not suddenly result in the relinquishment of the ownership of the land to the state. The home owner still owns the lot, and, in theory, uses the insurance money to rebuild. What part of that has anything to do with Agenda 21?
Over lap maps of agenda 21, which show, non human use zones. Coincidently, or not , they are all the same burn areas. Fuck your spel chek. And research what you have been presented before you speak against what has been presented. We call that being an adult. Oh, and unburnt forest.

Houses are made out of dry, flammable materials, while plants are full of water. Or it's just simple insurance fraud.

How do you get people to sell their property which sits on top of untapped gold mines?

The road is a firebreak. The houses could have spread a fire. The grass should still not be green though. Look questionable to me.

I would expect the grass to at least be brown.

Who cares what you expect? Are you a woodland firefighter or something or you just think the grass should be brown?
MrDarkWater ago
Who cares? We should all care. Something is definitely to with these fired. They don't leave a typical party if destruction.
I wonder how many of these houses had smart meters
