If force of gravity is a constant as we use in our math then a given mass should be attracted to another given mass with such a force to overcome a specified static and dynamic friction of the specific mechanical pivot board setup within a specified degree of error due to imperfections in mechanical processes, but we should be able to measure the degree of variance and we should be able to establish a non draft environment. No one has done any of this and as you will find when researching the experiment it's done a million different ways and is seen as just a childs experiment.
